Library Collection Search

Users eligible to borrow books and audiovisual materials (CDs, DVDs, etc.)

Anyone who lives, works, or attends school in Oyama Town, as well as individuals who have a library card issued by Gotemba City, Susono City, Numazu City, Mishima City, Nagaizumi Town, Shimizu Town, or Yamakita Town may borrow materials.

Borrowing Books and Materials

After selecting the books and/or audiovisual materials you would like to borrow, please bring them to the counter together with your library card.
Each person may borrow up to 10 items in total, including books (picture books and illustrated storytelling cards) and audiovisual materials (CDs and DVDs). However, each person may only borrow only one audiovisual item.
Books can be taken out for up to two weeks. Audiovisual materials may be borrowed for up to one week.

The following materials cannot be taken out of the library:

• Books marked "Library use only"
• Newspapers
• Other valuablez materials

• *First-time users: Please fill out the registration form available at the counter. After completing the form, a library card will be issued.
  Please bring identification such as a driver's license or student ID.

Returning Books and Materials

Please return materials at the counter. Library staff will place them back on the shelves.
If returning books and materials after closing hours or on days the library is closed, please place them in the book drop.
Do not place CDs and DVDs in the book drop as they can be easily damaged. If the library is closed, please return them at the front desk of the Cultural Center. Books may also be returned at the Town Hall main office or any branch office.
